I was a Nurse until 2001, when I gave it up to be a stay~at~home Mum and a part~time carer for a lady with Learning Disablities.

I began to twiddle my thumbs when my 2 girls started school, and not wanting to go back into Nursing I decided to set up 'The Scrummy Yummy Shop'..

That was back in December 2007, and I haven't looked back since! I now have an Ebay shop, website and I supply various stockists.

I am a busy little bee..painting, writing & decorating the signs myself in a little workshop at my home in Guisborough, near the North Yorkshire Moors.

The wooden shapes are cut out by Bob, and when I get really busy I enlist the help of a friend (Sarah) who is now a dab hand at painting!

It's great to read all the positive feedback from my customers (yes, I still read every entry!) and it's even better when they come back again and again as it proves they love my products..and they even recommend their friends!

I send internationally..America, Australia, Russia, Spain & France being just a few of the countries I've recently sent signs to!
